Boot Lid plastic trim

1993 220 CE. Anyone know the part number/ availability for the plastic trim on the boot lid that houses the number plate lights or what it is called?

Nothing wrong with mine only over the years its gone dull with no shine to it .I would need to remove it and paint it and give it a clear coat .Like my door handles have lost their colour so next years jobs are mounting up .
