Boot Opening Issue

Hi All,

Just in the last few days my boot wont open with the fob or the button inside my car, only if I manually use the key and open it.

Pretty odd never had an issue before. There is no error light on the dash and i can't see any obvious faults. No obstructions etc.

How can I resolve this issue?

The car is a mercedes c220 2014 (64) diesel AMG.

Power issue? Odd coz no issue with door unlocking.

Check the wiring at the boot hinge area, it can snap.

I think the poster (Mioba) is referring to you describing your diesel as an AMG! True AMG (bar one specific model) are always large powerful petrol cars.
