Boot spring assembly W200

w220 2003 320cdi
My W220 S320cdi has the spring opening boot.
It opens too quickly and I cannot adjust 1 spring as the plastic nut has seized.

I am struggling to find a replacement.

I have seen plenty of what look like gas struts for the W220 will these do as they havnt got springs eg.
