One day we'll all just be able to order what we want from a click of a button and we'll never go out again :(

If ! The anti drinking, smoking and driving cars brigade get their way!
The taxes from us who partake will stop anyway.
Then where will the government collect there ill gotten gains from? Answers to be written on the back of your pay packet please :)

If the local shops stopped ripping of their customers this wouldnt even be an issue. Especially concerning electronic goods, my last ready made computer was purchased online at £1000 the cheapest locally was £1299.
We know there has to be a profit margin we are not stupid, but £300? And the online shop was a UK shop they would still have made a profit.
Buying the same system from the USA would have saved a further £150.

I used to prefer Pidou just around the corner, although all of them around there are about the same. I find that Carrefour has some decent deals in although you have to be carefull as it isn't in the nicest of areas.

You are right Blobcat, but we find that Eastenders are the least stuffy(BUT MOST SCRUFFY)and they are the only ones to regularly sell the £1.00 a btl wine in cases,so it doesn't clonk about in the back of your motor:D
I worked in the wine trade for nearly a decade back in the 70's and 80's and I have to say that the cheaper wine in Eastenders is very drinkable indeed:-D :-D Chris Choi from ITN was stocking up himself this morning!
