Brake fluid

Hello

I have MB240 2001 year and today i got error:

Brake Fluid Visit workshop


When im trying run my engine it wont run and display this error

Why?

i checked my brake lewel its ok but my car engine wont work and display this error

Please HELP

I think you have a sam unit at the front gone down. I am 99% sure the brake level warning woundnt stop the car from starting. This leads me to think the sam or EIS is at fault.

Maybe the front fuse box and sam has got wet some how.

There are erroneous can signals coming from somewhere

Well the brake level switch does go to the front N10/1 SAM, but nothing else does that would stop the car from starting, unless the car has been jump started

btw all my lights, windows, door locks, eweryting is working fine...

Yes model is 203


Btw i have this problem before my engine wont work, but after 10 mins i came back and it work perfect. It was 2 times before.... and now 2 days ago when i drive back to home, turn off engine like allways ewerything was perfect, next mornig sit to my car try to turn on engine and nothing...

So you turn the key and the starter does not work, and you get all of the lights up in the dash, and the key does turn OK

yep, but if i keep key at start position BRAKE FLUID message apear...

OK. If you check the level of the brake fluid and its correct, then the front N10/1 SAM could be giving false information

I start my car manual by pushing it... now ewerything is run perfect... Dunno what the problem was... :(

Hope it wont happen again
