Brake Pad Change on C230

How easy is it to change the pads on a 05 C230 estate with sport pack? It has cross drilled discs and MB lettering on the calipers - are these AMG brakes?

Looking at the caliper from the outside it looks like a special socket will be required to remove the bolts.

Has anyone changed these?

The sport pack? All the AMG range are quite straight forward to change, but do a little homework first if you are really worried. And check out the ML Brakes thread, you will understand.
