Hello everyone, could I get some opinions please....

I am having the front pads replaced on my S320 on Monday and money's a little tight at the moment. My friendly man at my local Euro Car Parts has stock of brake pads from Eicher at under 30 quid or Jurid's at a tad under 40. He reckons that the Eicher's are as good and also suggests that most of them are made in various locations in the east anyway so the attitude was pretty much "why pay more???"

Really appreciate your views and opinions?

Most MB pads are TMD products and can be bought cheaply from MB or a normal general motor factor that supplies the garage trade

My last set of pads came from euro Car parts.S220 and they are absolutely perfect in every way great braking and no noise, must check which ones I used, but I always am swayed by price..ie the dearer ones when it comes to safety related equipment.. I will check and post later..

Oh well all will be revealed on monday when the the new discs and pads are fitted. A quick spin should prove if there any good. I feel better though not fitting Indian pads to Germany's finest!
