Brake Pedal not fully returning

Just noticed the brake pedal is not fully returning, the brakes feel like they are still engaged about 10% and brake lights wont turn off unless i stick my foot under the pedal and give it a slight lift.

Brake booster maybe?

Worst scenario is the master cylinder seals starting to go , and being a 25 year old vehicle it’s most likely.
But do check other options.
On another Mercedes forum I visit often someone has same problem on a 1987 estate which may yield more info

Turned out it just needed a good flush and bleed with new dot 4+.

Result!
