Brake pressure

Hi just noticed that me brake peddle is pritty soft until a pump it then it goes nice and hard but then after driving for a while the peddle goes soft again.
2 front calipers been changed.
Brake fluid flushed and replaced twice in the past 2 years.
Any advice please.
W212 2012 e class saloon model .

You could get the fluid tested for moisture content (you can even buy a tester yourself for not much ££ online)

Thanks ave got 1 like a say the fluids been changed twice recently
well with in 2 years
