Brake reline c220 cdi

Excuse my ignorance please,my onboard computer says need reline.Can i go anywhere to get this done or does it need to go to Merc dealership because computer needs to be sorted once reline is done?also rough idea on cost?

It is probably just the front pads that need changing, anyone should be able to do the job and com should reset once new pads are fitted
