Thanks, do you think the handle and cup holder will be covered by the warranty?

The cup holder is only cheap,, and you have to remove the center console,, thats quite easy as long as you do not break something.

The door handle is fitted to the door panel and comes off with it, again quite easy

Under guarantee ???? door handle maybe but cup holder no

Well called the local MB dealer today about the broken door handle, I was pleasantly suprised when they told me to bring it straight down.

I've had several run ins with this dealership already so I wasn't impressed when they told me they were going to charge me £65 to investigate the broken handle even though the car has a two year warrenty and was only bought a couple of months ago, in the end no charge as its a warrenty repair, what suprised me was they told me it needs new exhaust section, one rear tyre is down to the indicator,3 exhaust brackets broke, cup holder, ball joints and bearings, on a car that covered 23k miles and was supplied from a main dealer very recently, and only done 2k miles since it was bought,it makes me very nervous, and someones coming to look to buy my Lexus in the morning.

I had a few hiccups with mine, and just replaced 2 SAM units,, most do not give much trouble, I bought mine at 16k miles. the exhaust bit sounds odd,, maybe that is because its a Brabus,,but I do not know for sure,,I have the standard MB 500 exhaust
