Bubbling Bumpers

I have a 1989 W126 300SE.

The chromework on the bumpers is bubbling with rust and in one place has corroded right through.

Is it possible to replace the chrome inserts on their own, or does the whole bumper have to be replaced?

Any help much appreciated.
