Hi Guys This is my first post hope you can help me.

I have read some great threads on here about what to do if the Bulb Warning Light comes on. I have a slighty different problem with my 1997 W202. I noticed i had a blown dipped headlight bulb but the light warning had not come on. I replaced the dipped Headlight bulbs on both sides and they are working perfectly but i now have the warning light illuminated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

The best advice that we can give is to clean all of the bulbs and holders with a good switch cleaner, not forgetting the number plate lights and brake lights,,just the action of changing the ones that you have could have disturbed the contacts on another bulb

Thanks for the quick reply Malcolm.

Checked all the bulb's and connections today and discovered one of the tail light bulbs was causing my problem.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers.
