I feel so stupid but I caught the front of my car today. Everywhere is closed but I'm hoping to get some ideas of repair/replacement cost. I feel awful as I absolutely love the car and have genuine guilt over doing this to it! Thank you.

Well its just material and can be fixed. could be much worse.
The black plastic trim will need to be replaced MB part). The scratches may be possible with a smart repair or a bumper respray. You will need to weigh up the options there. I can imagine that costing ca 200-400 (respray).

Looking at the damage, yes, the black bit can be replaced, if this was my car i would buy a touch up, and with a very small brush, touch the paint chips up. As they are low down and very minor, it should produce a decent result.

Thanks, all. I'm replacing the broken plastic element & getting the paint repaired. Still irritated with myself, but now that it's being fixed I feel slightly less bad about it.
