It is a charter for the vindictive brigade. The speed gun wavers will be mainly older people who will see every car with an extra set of spot lights as being a Chavmobile and frankly, I also don't trust people to be honest about the reading on the gun when the neighbour whose cat has piddled in their flower bed, goes past.
