Buying a C class coupe automatic. Anything to look out for?

Hi, I used to own a CLK years but since drove different makes. I wanna get a Mercedes again and drove a few models. The one in my price range and I liked the most is a used C Class coupe (2016 - 2017).
I definitely want an automatic but otherwise don’t really mind.
Is there anything specific I should look out for? Any engines or models to stay away from?
Any tips would be much appreciated.

I don’t think I have seen any of them listed in my price range.
I think I have the choice between a 2l petrol or diesel. Some have 7 speed and some a 9 speed gearbox

We have a SLC250d 9 speed a lovely gearbox.
There was a big increase in road tax in April 2017, our Dec 16 SLC is only £30PA. So worth checking what you will be paying before & after Apr 16, on your choice of car.
