Buying a CLK

I after buying a 2000 CLK 340. Seen a nice example with full Benz history, 92k for a good price. A few worring things:
There is very bad staining on the silver paintwork around the exhaust, obviously from the gasses, would this indicate something pretty serious? I assume the dealer would have T-cutted it out if that was the easy fix. Also there is slight bubbling under the wheel arches, would the 20 year corrosion warrenty cover this?
Last issue is a slight tick from the engine, dealer said it was the electrics or the jets and was normal, but sounded like a tappit.
All info appreciated.

320, 350 or 430

I think its meant to be a CLK430.
Whats the mileage? and its full main dealer MB history?
These V8 engines are bullet proof my C43 (same engine as yours but in a slightly higher state of tune) has done nearly 130,000 miles with only the bottom pulley and air-con pump replaced.

mine has a small bubble appearing on the wheel arch so i rang an mb dealer to veryify the 30! year warranty and guess what?you guessed it!!!!!!!!
