Buying advice for c220cdi

I`ve got my eye on a 2000 (x plate) w202 c220cdi sport estate in a rust free (according to the seller)condition. I need advice on what price i should pay for it. It has covered 76k. It also has full leather (not sure if that came standard).

Leather was a £1,200 option. Have a look on autotrader / exchange & mart etc to see what people are asking for them.
