Need to know whether you have auto dimming glass (very rare in N/S mirror), indicator repeaters in the covers, and if their folding (but your post says this).
If no auto-dim, or repeaters and only folding, it will be the left 7-pin power fold I believe.

I managed to revive mine with some gentle assistance and silicon libricant sprayed on the hinges. Took 30 mins of mucking about but they came back to life.

The motor is running so this is a very common problem. The mirrors didn't fold automatically so rarely got used and tended to jam up, especially the N/S as all the muck gets thrown at it. There is no need to replace it in most cases, a bit of TLC and most come back to life.
The motors are weak and I must have fixed mine at least twice over the 5 years I had it. The auto ones on my 211 are better but even they sometimes refuse to move and need a gentle nudge.

I did it with the mirror in situ and fully assembled. Fold the mirror in using the button and your hand to help it on its way.
Get some silicone lubricant spray and spray the hinges and anything else you can get to. Then work the mirror in and out using the button and your hand. It took a while and I did give up on one occasion when it didn't seem to be doing any good, but after 30 mins or so of mucking about (stopping every few mins to give the motor a break), mine slowly came back to life.
Worth a try anyway.
