Buying used E 55 - I need help and advice

Hello everyone,
I am considering the purchase of a used E 55 AMG (2-3 yrs old).
I would like to know about experiences you guys had with this car and the things I should look out for when buying.
How does the engine take high mileage?
General durability/quality/longevity of the car?
Have there been any specific problems with this model I should be aware of?
Any additional info is much appreciated.

The only experience i have of this model, is of me slavering all over one, and promising to treat myself if Camelot ever put the same numbers in their machine as i mark on the lottery ticket!!

With my small experience of Mercs, a properly serviced motor will have no problem with high mileage whatsoever. 200,000 plus are common figures.
