Buzzing noise

Hi all

I’ve a 2013 viano and today a buzzing noise started from the rear.
I’ve traced it to the tow bar relay but can’t stopit buzzing.

Any ideas gratefully received!

Good thought but I thought of that originally but it’s a solid state relay with cables screwed into it.
