C class - 2014 - white screen

Hi, the screen on my car has suddenly stopped working. It loads ok, then I get white lines across it and it then just keeps reloading again....... I've attached a picture.....! I went to a place today and they've said it isn't a fuse and looking at £1400 for a new screen. Any pointers would be appreciated

Try a hard reset. Failing that there's 2 fibre optic cables ( bright orange ) in the multi plug , maybe an issue with connection , the head unit is behind the 3 wind vents . Optic cables pass through it first ,then to the screen.

You can buy used screens on eBay from £60 . Fitting isn't rocket science.
