c class 250 turbo diesel 1999 46000 miles oil leak

oil leak from air induction manifold joint oil also in air pipe which runs across top of rocker cover from turbo it does not look like oil is from cam box cover gasket what is the problem as engine does not use any oil

The oil is being forced out under turbo pressure. It sounds like some of the joints are not as tight as they could be. The manifold and air trunking will always have some oil in due to the engine breather being directed there.
If you really thing there is a lot of oil then the turbo seals could be dodgy, but this is unlikley unless you can see blue smoke after idleing.

Probably nothing to worry about.
