c class door trim

Hi guys i have a 2010 c class with the metal trim along the doors and front wings. can anyone tell me if these are clip on or self adhesive, thanks guys

Yup, really easy to do with a hairdryer and some AG SRP to remove excess glue

Sticky Stuff Remover (?AGP brand, from hardware store) might be easier than SRP. Maybe also white spirit or petrol!
