c class door trim

IMG_0952 (5).JPG Hi guys i have a 2010 c class with the metal trim along the doors and front wings. can anyone tell me if these are clip on or self adhesive, thanks guys

Sticky Stuff Remover (?AGP brand, from hardware store) might be easier than SRP. Maybe also white spirit or petrol!
