Red C Class in Makro car park Wed 27th with a MB owners club sticker on the windscreen, any one from here?

Dont know, just it was a red one and you dont see many of them in that colour.

Makro car park where? Oh and what model C, the W202 is often seen in red the W203...I don't think I've ever seen one... though it is an option

Yes one does get a nice sticker, the benefits are listed on here http://www.mercedesclub.org.uk/ discount for parts and servicing at some MB dealers

When I go and buy parts at MB Exeter,they offer me the discount on spare parts without me having to ask + free coffee and biscuits.

If I was as respectable as you and drove an SL500 then my local dealer would probably offer me a discount too, oh and coffee and biscuits though I strongly suspect for a young upstart like me to receive a discount a membership of some sort might be in order...
