C-Class Windscreen Wiper

Hi Everybody,

I have a 1999 C180 Elegance, with a windscreen wiper defect. For some days wiper has intermittently moved slowly and jerkily. Usually clears after a few minutes if enough rain to have it turned on full speed...

Latest is that it now parks at about 20 degrees above horizontal.

Have booked it into (independent) repairer - next Monday soonest I could get.

Does anyone have any experience of repairing this. Is there an easy way to get access into the linkage to lubricate?
