C class350e battery

Hi, I charged my battery 100% and in 4km it was on 40%. I was wondering if anyone could give advice as to why it's not holding the charge long. I can see it dropping km very quickly.

How old is the battery.
Could be a cell failed.
If you charge it and don't start the car what voltage does it show after an hour.

I charged the one in the hood. After that the charge seems to hold a little longer
