c180 electric windows

Please Help,
I have a 98 c180 elegence auto. One or both front windows and the associated electric mirror will stop working occasionally. I can fix the problem by disconnecting the -ve battery lead for a few secs. However one window usually the passenger will stop working after a day to a few days. I have fitted a new battery.
