C180 Kompressor HELP required

Hi guys

i have a C180 Kompressor
on a 52 plate covered 90k, the car has the silver engine with out the red plate..

every time i start the car up in the morning, the car goes crazy the idle rev's are all over the place after a few mins its fine...

i plugged in a odb and got a code P0141

any advice on how to fix??
cant really afford to go to any workshop etc..

That fault code should relate to your oxygen sensor and or it's relevant wiring/fuse ;)

how can i locate the sensor in question?
what fuse should i check?

I can't help you with that shumail I just looked up a list of fault codes and that came up for the code you posted. I cant even tell you for sure if your car has a fuse specific for the oxygen sensor, I'm sure someone more technically up to date than I will pick up on this thread shortly. Have you got a list of fuses in your handbook?

P.S. as a rule the sensor is found in the exhaust system just ahead of the catalytic converter.

ive lost my handbook , so unable to find the list of fuses
while driving i hear a noise from the exhaust, feels like the exhaust is hitting the body..
in regards to the oxygen sensor, how much will it cost??

No idea on price if your exhausts damaged possibly Oxygen sensor has got disconnected.

if the oxygen sensor has disconnected would it make such a loud noise??
only makes a noise while going over a small pot hole not all the time..
