C180 - Skidding when making turn on wet road

Does anyone have this problem with C180?

It skids even at low speed of 30 kph during wet weather.

Is there anything wrong with the wheels? My tyres are new!

Skidding

Not in any particular order, a skid occurs when the vehicle is driven too fast for the conditions, harsh acceleration or braking, large steering inputs on a slipery road, too low a gear for the conditions, or any combination of the above.
You say your tyres are new but are they a reputable brand? are they correctly inflated.
