hi

Recently had some funnies occuring with my C200 Sport (60k).
I have seen this one referred to earlier in the forum but wondered if a remedy had since come to light...

If I kick down or just do some hard accelerating through the gears then sometimes it'll just loose power (like no acceleration) and run rough. Then on idle it will be lumpy like its firing only on 3 cylinders.
Switching off and then on again cures the problem.

Any suggestions? :?

BTW: wadday think about these Merc CDs/DVDs manuals you can get on eBay - better than the Haynes manual?

Your Mercedes
CLK230 Cabriolet 1999 2.3
I own a CLK230 which experienced the same symptons and it turned out to be Mass Air Flow sensor.
Hope this helps, I wish someone gave me the same advise at the time.............could of saved me a packet?
Best of Luck!

P.S. Where can I see these manuals you refer to? Please give me web address.
