c200/BAS LIGHT

THE YELLOW LIGHT IS ON WHAT DOES IT MEAN? HOW DO YOU GET IT OFF? THANKS:smile:
ALSO THE WIPERS HAVE A GO SLOW, THEN WORK OK. MAYBE FINE FOR WEEKS THEN START AGAIN

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
I Can,t help with the BAS light but the wiper is a common fault, as the mechanism will just need greasing up, can be an expensive if they fail.
Follow this excellent thread posted another member and it tells you step-by-step how and where to grease it up.

Bit more info on the car is needed here. Also, is it just BAS light on, what about ABS/ESP/ASR? Don't panic yet, it may just be an £8 brake light switch

Just the one light (bas) its in yellow. all else ok(not the wiper). Its a c200 s reg if that helps. Im not panicking but my husband is (he will be paying)
