c200 fault code reader w reg 2000cc

I was looking at purchasing a multi fault reader for my other car a vauxhall and was wondering if the c200 old shape was also obd ii compliant. Ps where is the socket hid on uk models?

I do not think that the 202 was ever fitted with the ODB socket under the dash, not on UK cars anyway, it does have the 38 pin in the relay box under the bonnet
