C200 No Foot well Air (Help Appreciated)

Hi Guys

I have a C200k 2001. Inside the Cabin I can not get the air to blow to the footwells. I can get it to blow every where else. Anyone got any ideas of how I get to the Valve that position the flap that controls the air? Does anyonr have access to MB technical drawings or advice. I bought a CD manual off Ebay, but as usual it did not work so it is now a coffee cup mat!
