C200 panoramic roof problem

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help. My panoramic roof has ceased shut over the winter. It does it every year and once it gets going again its fine. but rather than me paying mercedes (AGAIN!) I wonder if anyone knows how I can do it myself?

Thanks for the quick response. No it is not moving at all. The car has been in the family since new and I know this is what it does over winter. I tried to keep opening it regularly but after time it ceased up!

I take it the car is a 203 would you have the next 3 numbers after WDB203 bottom of screen passenger side

I think you can operate it manually by taking out the interior light and turning a hex key.
