C200 sport w205, engine noise

Hey all,

Firstly I hope I'm posting in the right place

Hoping to gain some insight of this rattling noise coming from my engine and if it's timing belt/chain related

Here is the video

For context it makes the noise everytime on startup, it appears to go away when I put my foot down on the accelerator but comes back again when slowing down

If anyone can shed some light on this it would be most appreciated

O ring in tensioner fd? When gunning it oil press overcomes bypassing oil, at idle does not. If u think that's case get somat done in short order. If not you could end up becoming very unhappy...
