C200 W202 Auto-box Oil Change

Just been quoted £103 for an oil change in the auto-box. Im poor so im not paying someone to do it!

Id do it my self but cant find any guides on it. If it was a manual then no problem but these auto boxes confuse me Has anyone got a guide?

Im hoping to borrow the lift in a local garage i know so i can do the engine oil too as well as a 2nd attempt to tighten up the bolt on the manifold that i just can not get to!!
