C200K 02 belt tensioner

The belt on my c200K has slipped off - looking to replace it I have found the tensioner assembly had come adrift - the bolt securing it into the housing has sheared - how do I get to the bolt to replace it? - looks like a major job to me

Hello and welcome, I think that the rad will have to come out as the sheared bolt will need to be drilled out, cant see any other way
