If it's anything like the 216 you need to remove the seat bases first. Pull up at the rear and feel underneath at the front for the bracket and push the clip in and pull the seat upwards. This enables you to access the centre console fixings on each side. Use a plastic trim tool to gently pull out the sides on the console to release from the plastic fixings (don't try to press these they will break) and then pull the console upwards from it's short track. The seat back will have bolts on each side - undo these and lift upwards from the top track. 10 minute job if you've done it before!
