With some elbow grease and autosol you can get them looking pretty decent again

As above eBay or Alli Express will sell non OE tips.
Don't be surprised at the poor quality though. They will be Chinese products with wafer thin chrome plating.

Can they be sent away to be re-chromed?

Thanks for the advice,
I have searched and searched eBay but there are so many types and I can’t find the correct ones. I haven’t priced OM parts but I am guessing they will be very expensive and I think having them re-chromed would also be expensive.

Don’t really want to go down the powder coat route, I want to stay stock, I guess I’ll just have to keep searching.

Are you totally sure, they won't Polish up? Here's mine of my 2011 C207. Came up great with a lot of elbow grease, using Solvol Autosol, apparently Kitchen foil dipped in water works well, although never tried it. :)

I did the same with mine, came up a treat although there is some pitting on the rolled edge

They have come up great, given me inspiration to have another go with a bit more elbow grease.
Cheers
