My C220 has been dead for over a year now and the only solution appears to be to bypass the immobiliser.
Initally the car was sent away and the factory fit alarm system compleatly removed.
The ECU had been repaired and is fine.
Diagnostic report shows the immobiliser is locked and prevents the car from starting.
Have spare IRCL but obviously will not work as chassis coded.
Suspect fault to be IRCL or missing link ( if such is required) as a result of removing alarm.
