C220 cdi gearbox problem/or not

Gents,
i am experiencing a delay when i take off in drive similar to when i use
the w setting, but i am using the s (standard). After that initial delay
it takes off with no problems. Can you advise if i have a problem

There is a good chance that the fluid in the box has never been changed and this should be done at 40k miles, low fluid could also cause it
