C220 cdi HELP

My recently purchased C220 cdi occasionally fails to switch on accessories after starting. Usually it is only the radio/CD player but yesterday (in the rain) the front and rear wipers and the indicators were affected. The only cure is to pull over, switch off and re-start. Any ideas Guys?
