C220 Cdi Manual (w203) 53 Reg REPAIRED / BUT STILL KNOCKING

Hi all, sorry about me annoying everyone on this board, the car was smoking and knocking, i got someone to open it they had a look and said that it is the conrod, he replaced the conrod and the smoking went away as well as the banging, the car now runs fine, gives proper revvs and the rest, it does pickup speed fairly slow in the first gear, but then runs fine in all other gears, the car was vibrating a little and so had a look and the bottom bit of the passenger side engine mount was broken, so it was replaced, but the knocking has still not gone away, and when i accelerate / under load the noise increases, also at the head where lifters and that are, it makes a shhshh noise hard to hear as i have the knocking present, i think it may either be anything to do with the transmission as it picks up car slow in first gear (my first diesel), or anything inside the head, lifters or rockers arms or is it that the conrod bearings need replacing, any suggestions please thanks faisal

A fault injector can cause a engine knock!

Was the injector replaced in the problem cylinder..water damage?? you may even have bent valves

Hi thanks for your reply the injectors were checked before they realised the conrod was bent, the conrod was bent in the 4th cylinder and their was also a leaky fuel injector in the the 4th cylinder which was replaced, i think that might have caused the bent conrod as it was unburned diesel??? the knock noise is very deep and the same everytime it knocks, i just to ask how do you check fule injectors as it is not coming up on the diag machine and how do i check for bent valves,
