C220 CDI Radio & CD Changer Cutting Out

When my Mobile phone is put near the radio I get intermitant cut out. If the CD changer cuts out, I have to restart the car to make it work again. Sometimes there is a bang from the speakers. Can any one help with this. MB have never heard of it. Many thanks Glen
