I have a curret 2003 220cdi.

Can the headlights be easily adjusted for RH dip for use on the continent or must I use the usual masks on the glass?

If I leave the car unused for a month should I disconnect the battery and if I do are there any problems when I reconnect?

Hi Alec

If you have standard halogen lights you still need to use the old mask but if you have the eye ball type lights or xenon's there is a small lever inside the light unit which will "flat line " the pattern for LHD countrys.

As for the Battery Yes discconect it. When you return connect tha batt and start the engine the dash will light up with malfunctions, ignor these turn steering lock to lock 2 or 3 times then normalise windows and sunroof switch off key out wait 10 secs restart, all sorted
