C220D Rear Diffuser

Hi Guys, I am looking at changing the rear diffuser on my C220d, however I am a little unsure as to the correct part to purchase. Looking at pictures of the AMG type diffusers I am not sure these will work? The diffuser on my car has 4 rear parking sensors fitted whereas the replacement part look to only have 2, any help with this or any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.
