c220d what is high mileage?

1994 c220d 205000 ,just going to service,no oil or water leaks,i wondered if being a bit rattly on start up was normal?
starts first time runs for 15-20 seconds and stops.
starts 3 rd time no problem.
love this site -aren't mercs wonderful?
drives really well

anybody else got water in the boot?

Watch your timing chain at that mileage,,that could be the rattle on start up
