Probably best to take the whole bumper off and then take it apart, I can send you the details for the basic 202 bumper that will be something like the same

From memory you will need to remove four bolts from the front of the bumper, two above the bumper can be seen with the bonnet open between the headlights, and two below them access through the removeable bumper inserts, the sides are clipped on, to unclip the bumper at the sides you will need to remove the forward most wheel arch liner on both sides to expose the clip fixings. If as you say the bumper hanging slightly on one side it is likely that this clip is broken or the metal bracket that secures it to the body is broken/corroded.
Don,t forget to disconnect the outside temp. sensor (if fitted) and unplug the foglights when removing the bumper otherwise you could damage the looms. These looms can corrode, and become brittle so you might want to observe care.

Hi,
Just found this "HOW TO" though its not quite the same bumper but it does show exactly where the four mounting bolts of the bumper are as the location of these never changed.
Credit for this "HOW TO" goes to KillerHertz, for a very informative and simple to follow set of instructions.

But that means he has to join to see the link,,, it easier for me to email the works sheet on removing it if he needs it

Removed bumper just on NS so i could see the offending part.

The rubber (179 on diagram) had somehow worked loose and dropped. Refitted into slot and bolted back up securely - fitted some new bolts as a precaution - job done.

Many thanks for advice, once again this forum and the members knowledge has prob saved me a tidy amount of money and time.

Great.
