C240 Owners Manual - Wanted

Does anybody know where I can get a Owners Manual for my C240. Merc Dealers tell me they can put it on Back Order but will only do a print run when they have got a lot of orders for them. which could take months.

you could visit the e-baymotors website to check if the manual is available.

do not know for sure if it would be u.k. spec or not,you will need to check that-as it is a u.s. site

I got one for my 200 at a breakers called the garage in manchester,it was new as apparently the guy buys them up as they come into the main dealers,he does charge £30 though...

The hand book for my 'C' comes in about 4 to 5 sections, one specifically for exterior, interior, tech data, MB audio, driving, etc. Have you tried just the one dealer? or have you gone to any others? You could try e-bay as Sunil suggested.

Also the hand book isn't specifiic to the C240 but will cover all the other variants in the W202 range, i.e. you'll get all the info for the C180, C200, C230, C230K, C280 and all diesels (can't remember them all) as well as your particular model.

*Edit* Some manufacturers (e.g. Panasonic) provide all manuals for their products on the  web as downloadable PDF files. Perhaps someone should suggest this to the powers that be at MB.
